Kuwait (KAK) was formally
inaugurated on 24th
February 2005, by
Mr. Victor T. Thomas, the
then Honorable President of
'Kozhencherry Grama
Panchayat', during a
function held at the Central
School Auditorium, Jaleeb
Al-Shouk, (Abbassiya)
Kuwait.
